Director
14 Black Co-Head
Stefanie Lewis
Coach Lewis started Accelerate Volleyball Club with a vision to serve the multi-sport athlete. "We want girls to be able to pursue more than one passion and compete at the highest level. I was fortunate enough to play multiple sports growing up and in college. I'd love to provide that for my players." Coach Lewis has a strong athletic background playing softball, soccer, and volleyball through high school. She earned a Division I scholarship playing softball and soccer at Marshall University. She was recently inducted into the Marshall University Athletics Hall of Fame. She brings 14 years of club experience to Accelerate. Coach Lewis will be working with 13 Black this season as well as overseeing club operations.

16 Black Head/16 Red Head
Mason Beasley
Coach Beasley is in his 4th season at Accelerate! He brings a high level of playing and coaching experience with him. Mason played on the men's club team at Texas Tech University as a starting outside hitter. He has coached in the NTR region for the past 9 years as well as serving as the middle school and JV head coach at Fort Worth Country Day. Mason Will be in charge of our 16 and 17 Black this season.

16 Black Head
Lily Drever
We are excited to have Coach Drever join our Accelerate family this upcoming season. She grew up in Copperas Cove, Texas and attended Copperas Cove High School where she played volleyball and softball. Coach Drever attended Abilene Christian University to play volleyball at a D1 level from 2015 to 2019 as a DS/L. She earned the Fighting Heart Award after her freshman season. Coach Drever is now a Speech-Language Pathologist at Hill Elementary for Arlington ISD.

16 Blue Co-Head/ 14 Red Head
Nicole Rangel
Coach Nicole will be returning for a fourth season with Accelerate leading our 14 Red and 16 Blue teams. She brings 3 years of varsity experience as a DS at BHS. She is also a former player for 360 and NRG where she played club for 7 years. This will be her sixth year coaching and has a passion for the game. Coach Nicole loves to be her player's biggest cheerleader while also challenging them to become better.

15 Black Head
Alexis Mealer
We are excited to have Alexis Mealer join our Accelerate family! Alexis has played volleyball since the age of 9. She received a full ride to play volleyball at SAGU, earning a degree in Psychology. She was named a 2x All-American, and ended her college career with two conference rings. Alexis is in her third year coaching. This past year, she taught and coached at Alvarado High School. Volleyball has always been a huge part of her life and she gives all glory to God!

17 Black Head
Clayton Powell
Coach Powell will be leading our 15 Black-2 team for the 2025/2026 season. He is currently the JV and Varsity Assistant volleyball coach at Glen Rose High School where he also teaches. Coach Powell has many years of club experience in the North Texas Region and brings a strong level of expertise to Accelerate.

15 BlueHead/ 13 Red Assistant
Ally Ocheskey
We are so excited to have Coach Ocheskey on the Accelerate team. She will be leading our 13 Red and 15 Red teams this season. Ally works in Everman ISD where her husband coaches football and baseball. She has club and high school coaching experience. She grew up in Abilene where she continued to play volleyball and run track at Abilene Christian University.

13 Black Head/ 14 Blue Head
Kimber Keeling
We are excited to return Coach Keeling to our coaching staff for the upcoming 2024/2025 club season. Coach Keeling previously coached volleyball at Hughes Middle School and 360 Volleyball club, and was also a standout player at North Crowley High School. She brings a valuable amount of experience and enthusiasm to Accelerate Volleyball Club! She will be coaching our 14 Black and 14 Red teams this season.

14 Black Head/ 13 Red Head
Jordyn Lewis
Coach Jordyn will be heading up our 13 Red and 14 Black teams. Jordyn has a passion for the game and works hard at teaching her players discipline and understanding the game. She brings 6 years of club experience along with some fire! Jordyn graduated from TCU with a degree in Leadership Studies.

15 Red Head/ 16 Red Assistant
Jennifer Moss
Coach Moss is in her 3rd season with Accelerate. She brings passion and dedication to the club. She was a multi-sport athlete herself and now enjoys watching her kiddos soar on the fields and courts. Coach Moss will be heading up our 13 Red and assisting 15 Red.

12 Black Head
Clare Gualandri
Coach Gualandri will lead our 12 Black team for the 25/26 season. She is the ladies' Athletic Coordinator and head of volleyball at Hughes Middle School for Burleson ISD where she also coaches track and teaches 6th grade. This will be her fourth season coaching with Accelerate. Coach Gualandri loves teaching the fundamentals to our young players, watching them grow, and instilling a love for the sport.

16 Blue Co-Head
Shaliyah Rhoden
Coach Shay is an Academic Advisor at TCU while pursuing her master’s degree in school counseling. She attended Sachse High School where she was a four year varsity volleyball player. She was awarded MVP, Offensive Player of The Year, Female Athlete of the Year, and Academic All District. Coach Shay played D1 volleyball at Providence College in Rhode Island where she was a four year 6-rotation OH. She earned All-Big East Freshman of the Year, along with multiple additional accolades throughout her time there. Outside of work, you can find Coach Shay enjoying walks, traveling, and hanging with her family!

15 Black Assistant
Jancee Akers
Welcome to the crew, Jancee Akers! Jancee is an Elementary math teacher. She has been playing volleyball since she was 12 years old and went to play for SAGU as a middle blocker. "I strive to bring respect, competitiveness, and mental toughness on the court and can't wait to be apart of the Accelerate family!"

17 Black Assistant
Austin Hall
Coach Hall is a former multisport athlete, playing football, basketball, wrestling, and volleyball. He played volleyball for 8 years and has coached at the middle school level for 2 years. We are excited to have him join our Accelerate family.

12 Red Head
Kat Smith
We are so excited for Coach Kat to join the Accelerate family! She brings a lot of experience and volleyball knowledge. She played club at EMV and high school ball at Byron Nelson. She currently coaches volleyball at Lake Worth High School and will assist our 13 Red team for the 25/26 season.

15 Red Assistant
Samie McDonald
Samie is returning for her third season with Accelerate coaching 14 Black and 16 Red. Samie brings a wealth of knowledge and love for the game to our club. She started volleyball at the young age of 10, earning her way to play for Southwestern Christian University and hasn't stopped yet. You can still catch her playing in competitive adult leagues throughout the year!

12 Black Assistant
Madi Lewis
Coach Madi will be assisting our 12 Black team for her third season with Accelerate. She is a BHS volleyball alum and specializes in setting. Coach Madi is Assistant Director of Transfer Students at SMU. Coach Madi loves working with young players to develop the fundamentals.

14 Black Assistant
Adair Homann
Coach Homann played volleyball at Grand Canyon University while majoring in Physical Education. She is currently teaching elementary PE in Irving. She was part of a high school state championship team and a collegiate 2nd place national team.

Shayla Herigon
Coach Shayla is a Junior Coach for Accelerate. She does an amazing job breaking down technique for our 11/12U teams and is great at building foundational skills.

15 Blue Assistant
Braelynn Ocheskey
Braelynn is one of our junior coaches who has a natural coaching talent. She comes by it naturally with her Mom and Dad being high school and club coaches. Braelynn is a four year varsity libero for Everman High school. She specializes in defense and has a great eye for helping players on the court!

16 Black Assistant
Payton Koller
Payton Koller is a dedicated and passionate athlete who brings both experience and energy to the game. A graduate of Joshua High School, Payton developed a strong foundation in her sport through years of hard work and commitment. She continued her athletic career at Temple College, where she competed for two years, gaining valuable experience at the collegiate level and further refining her skills. Currently, Payton is a junior at Arlington Baptist University, where she continues to pursue both her academic and athletic goals.
